Choose your integration
WooCommerce stores install the MakaPay plugin from WordPress.org. Custom stores connect through the REST API with one POST per payment.

Configure your wallet and tokens
Set your merchant wallet address and the tokens you want to accept. USDT and USDC on Polygon are the most common starting point.

Crypto appears as a payment option at checkout. Orders confirm automatically when funds land on-chain and settle to your wallet.
FAQ
Does MakaPay work with Shopify?
Shopify does not currently support third-party crypto payment processors at checkout for all merchants. You can use MakaPay with Shopify via the Point-of-Sale Link or by integrating the API into a custom checkout extension.
What happens if a customer wants a refund?
Crypto refunds are issued manually from your wallet. Because chain transactions are final, you control whether and when to issue a refund. MakaPay logs every payment so reconciliation is straightforward.
Do my customers need crypto to pay?
Yes. Customers pay with their existing crypto wallet. Most checkout flows use WalletConnect or MetaMask. Customers without crypto can buy directly through MakaWallet or any major exchange.
How does MakaPay handle gas fees during checkout?
Gas Tank mode lets you absorb gas so customers pay the exact price shown. Alternatively, customers can pay gas on top of the order total. You configure this per-store in your settings.
