Does MakaPay convert ETH to stablecoins?
No. ETH settles to your wallet as ETH. MakaPay does not perform any token conversion or swap on your behalf.
How are Ethereum gas fees handled?
Your customer pays gas for the inbound transaction. For settlement and recovery flows, MakaPay uses your Gas Tank balance to cover network costs, so customers see stable checkout prices.
What if Ethereum gas spikes during a transaction?
Gas Tank mode insulates your customer from gas spikes by pre-funding the cost. If your Gas Tank runs low, MakaPay notifies you to top up.
How long does an ETH payment take to confirm?
Ethereum block times average around 12 seconds. MakaPay typically requires a single confirmation before settling to your wallet, so most payments finalize within 30 seconds.
